Activate your user profile from the mobile app

This video provides a step-by-step guide for activating your Zenegy Numbers or Expense profiles on the mobile app. The app can be downloaded for Android and iPhone.

If you want to read a step-by-step guide about how to activate your user profile instead of seeing the video, you can follow the steps below.
Step 1: Open the invitation email
Check your email inbox for an invitation from Zenegy Numbers or Expense.
In the email, you have two options with the same button:
Login/Create profile
For new employees without an existing Zenegy account, you will be redirected to Create account.
For those who already have an account with Zenegy Payroll, the login is the same; you will be redirected to Login.
Step 2: Create your profile
- After clicking Create profile, you’ll be directed to a Create user page.
- Your name, surname, and email address will already be filled in.
- Review the information, accept the Terms and Conditions, and click Continue.
Step 3: Set up your account details
- Enter your phone number and verify that the email is correct.
- Choose a password. You can use the one you assigned or create a new one.
- (Optional) You can choose to receive newsletters from Zenegy.
- Click Create to finalize the setup.
Step 4: Verify your account
- You will receive a verification code by email. Enter this code in the app.
- Click Continue.
- Next, you’ll receive a code via text message. Enter this code and click Continue.
Step 5: Set up two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Choose your preferred method for two-factor authentication:
- Text message: Receive verification codes via SMS.
- Authenticator app: Use an app like Microsoft or Google Authenticator for added security.
- After selecting your option, click Start.
Step 6: Access the Zenegy Expense mobile app
Once you've completed the setup and authentication:
- You’ll be taken to the Zenegy Expense mobile app homepage.
- To explore your options, tap the menu icon (two lines in the top left corner).
- You can view your profile, but if you don't have any expenses yet, you'll learn more about managing them in another tutorial.
Your profile is now activated, and you can start using the Zenegy Expense app!
